The original jamesthomson.org.uk is launched using Adobe Flash and ActionScript 3

I wanted to create an interactive website that showcased my 'skills' if Flash and ActionScript as I was teaching it at the time on the BTEC Level 3 Graphics and Interactive Media course

Here are some screens from the original site, I'm still impressed when I see it running using something like Ruffle

Home Page including day/night cycle with rising/falling sun and moon, growing grass that would be periodically cut by a lawnmower and birds animation across the sky
About, as I was struggling at the time to get a full-time teaching job it took on a morbid theme. Nigh falls and a set of 3 gravestones rise from the earth
Contact page, a telephone box of course and the links on a signpost
The gallery split into stills, moving, games and student work. The exit took you back to outside the building
